UPDATE : Everything about this company has been awesome. Customer Service especially. Today I spoke with YUKI an extremely nice lady. I never seem to get kind, polite, genuinely nice people anymore anywhere. But with this company it was over the top nice and YUKI continued this companies perfect record of hiring and training the perfect people to make the complaint or concern simply disappear and I end up saying goodbye and feeling like it's saying goodbye to a friend. It's just something I don't experience very often. Thank you YUKI very much! UPDATE (see above)I like everything about the product (well, I guess I would prefer that the waterproof magnet case with a bigger battery would come as a package deal) because longer battery life and water proof should just be standard. The product is easy to use. I unpacked it, charges with any android charger you have, although it does come with one. I charged it overnight and placed it on the vehicle today and followed the tracker via my cell phone on the app it tells you to download. lots of little goodies to make the ng more personal to the reason I was ng. You need extra text alerts as it only comes with about 25 or so. Easy to order though and decent prices. I was driving as I spoke to customer service (Manny) so I was unable to order the extra text alerts and since I was sharing my text alerts with two other people every text counts as 3 texts. Manny ordered them for me and they showed up immediately. He even called me back when the connection between us broke up. Who actually does that anymore? Call back from a customer service agent. Never, right? But Manny did. Awesome customer service. I really wish I had that waterproof battery pack and magnet though as I will need to make a 5 hour drive back to the vehicle being tracked and the gas alone will cost more than the battery back, waterproof, stronger magnet case that really should be part of the original purchase. I ordered the extra battery pack, water proof, strong magnet case a few minutes ago and I'm sure I will love the product but I am not looking forward to the five hour drive just to put it on the car. So, buy the battery pack case, it'll be worth it as you will end up buying it just like I just did. (it's not why I purchased this product but, I can easily imagine that Mothers everywhere with little kids would go crazy for this product to track their little ones home from school each day. They would simple love this product). Oh, I would REALLY like the option of subscribing for weeks at a time instead of an entire month. It would manage the cost but would probably end up using this product for more weeks in a year than I will probably use it at it's minimum of $20 for each month. Easier to pay $5 a pop for every week I want it than $20 for a month where I only needed it for 1 or 2 weeks. BUT, I REALLY REALLY LOVE that if the product is lost they will replace it. I was very nervous about it falling off the car as soon as it went over so bumps. but, because of the replacement offer it made it easy to purchase and today on its maiden journey it stuck to the car like glue no matter how fast the car was driven. Just knowing that they would replace it was the KEY to buying this, and I guess they can offer it because it does stick so they don't need to fulfill that promise very often.
